We partnered with the Marketing team at Merck to implement a Spend and Redeem a gift of your choice program. Two gifting campaigns with different gift options were created, one for each spending tier. Customers could choose to receive Birds of Paradise Gelato Pints x 12, Paris Baguette Pastry Set, Irvin's Singapore Snacks Set, or Fruits Basket. The campaign lasted a month, and Merck saw an increase in sales volume from both existing and new customers.
