Our in-house print and production facility is equipped to handle everything from small-batch orders as low as 10 pieces to large-scale corporate projects in the tens of thousands, ensuring consistency, precision, and speed at every step.

Warehousing

To deliver projects in as fast as three days, Smilie has built its own end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment infrastructure. With over 150,000 square feet of warehouse space and close to 2,000 SKUs, we maintain an active inventory of more than 100,000 ready-to-ship items at any time.

This depth of stock allows us to serve clients of all sizes — from urgent ad-hoc orders to nationwide and regional gifting campaigns — without delay.

Beyond storing our own products, we also warehouse gifts for our clients, enabling them to send on-demand gift boxes and branded merchandise to recipients across Singapore and the region, effortlessly.

Packing

With a full-time team of 20 experienced packers, Smilie is built to handle urgent and large-scale projects at any moment. Whether it's 100 door gifts, 500 festive sets, or 10,000 event packs, our in-house team can mobilise quickly and deliver on tight timelines.

With years of experience managing major projects, our established SOPs allow clients to outsource manual fulfilment tasks — from packing vouchers and calendars for thousands of recipients to assembling customised Mid-Autumn boxes for luxury brands.
