The Experience
Our Customer Success team worked with the Carta team to curate more than 30 types of gift items, based on their budget, that would be popular amongst their sales team based on demographics. A campaign was then created on our Gifting Management System and a gifting link generated each time a top performing sales person for the quarter was identified. The top performer would choose the gift of their choice, and our team would arrange for the gift to be delivered.
